Our finest chocolate recipes are cornerstones for the ultimate delight. Perfectly balanced and round taste arises only with the best ingredients, special recipe and touch of masters. Dark 70% chocolate is typical of its intensely cocoa taste with soft fruit tones. Milk chocolate reveals a balanced taste of milk with silky caramel tones. White chocolate taste melody represents a pleasant synthesis of milk, cream and vanilla notes.

The Élysion pralines are filled with Civet coffee also known as Kopi Luwak. One of the few most valued coffees in the world. Slight roast ensures preservation of its complex flavours. The pleasant sweetness reveals hints of chocolate and a subtle tones of caramel and creates an unforgettable experience in combination with our chocolate pralines.
Our signature pralines are filled with natural fruit purees. Harvesting fully ripe fruits ensures that the complexity of puree flavour is preserved and will not change over time. Our customers can choose from variety of fruit purees including Exotic fruits, Strawberry, Raspberry, Mango, Apricot, Pineapple, Blood orange, Guave, Lime, Litchi and Passion fruit
The taste of our signature caramel is pleasantly sweet and creamy with fully developed hints of dairy. Salted caramel is created by mixing our signature caramel with Himalayan pink salt. An incredible revelation of sweet, creamy and salty flavour is achieved.
